We are lifelong musicians with far reaching musical tastes, and are fascinated by the effect a truly inspiring instrument can have on your music, as well as your life.  We feel lucky to have spent years studying and repairing some of the finest instruments in the world, and are dedicated to and truly enjoy using the knowledge and skills we have acquired over the years to design and build our own instruments. 

Now that our instruments have been out there for a few years, we have to say that it's been enormously rewarding to see our mandos on Austin City Limits, The Grand Ole Opry, Grammy winning albums, eTown, and national TV, as well as concert stages, festival stages, jam sessions, and living rooms across the US, Canada, and Australia.  To everyone who has taken an interest in what we are doing and purchased one of our instruments we just want to say we genuinely appreciate you! We spent a lot of time and energy designing instruments that were built not only to be exceptionally inspiring to play, but as well to be instruments that would last for generations to come.  It's comforting to see these road warriors holding up after they've been subjected to some seriously intense touring in every situation, climate, and venue imaginable.  Built to inspire, built to last.
